ALU Map Improvements

Introducing a small pack that makes some minor adjustments on the map.

First changes I've done:

Removed the hanging traffic lights on this junction as they were too low for multiple busess

Removed the barrier on this roundabout (only the side shown in the picture) as it tended to get in way when using bigger buses who needed a bigger turn radius
